About the Company

First Exteriors consists of Stucco & EIFS contractors that have worked in areas such as Charleston, Myrtle Beach, Hilton Head and Raleigh North Carolina. First Exteriors is currently working with contracts ranging from $20,000 to over $5,000,000. They are in their 4th year with Hardin Construction at the Marriott Grand Dunes Villas in Myrtle Beach. First Exteriors will  be completing the final building for the project this year, which is composed of 17 stories of stucco.

First Exteriors has a superintendent on site to supervise our crews, qualified work force and proper equipment to handle jobs of all sizes. Meeting your schedules, working with exterior consultants and architects is something the company does on a regular basis. First Exteriors uses BASF for our EIFS & stucco products, to which they provide monthly reports on all projects.

 

At First Exteriors, the company has established an efficient safety program and subjects all employees to drug screening. The company’s bonding agent is McCartha, Cobb and Associates, and bonds are issued through RLI Insurance.  First Exteriors is fully covered by general liability including Umbrella, workers compensation, and automobile insurance.
